Jeffery Plansker

Jeffery grew up in advertising. His father was Creative Director and Head of Production on various automotive accounts for 40 years. By his father’s side, Jeffery would bring his S-8 camera on set and mirror the DoP, then cut fake commercials at home – Age 12.

Jeffery’s initial work was as a photographer and graphic designer. Eventually those interests converged in the form of film, music videos and commercials.

Today Jeffery’s work is characterised by a strong visual “graphic” sense steeped in the vernacular of cinema, and interesting but believable casting. His innovative use of cameras and excellent knowledge of sound design have helped him achieve great success in the advertising world.

In his spare time, Jeffery pursues his interests in online radio webcasting, a jazz record label, historic cars and cactus gardening.
